Avant de vous montrer une petite arche qui me restait d’un kit Tando que j’ai décorée avec quelques-uns de mes tampons CI, je vous annonce que Crafty Individuals vient aussi de sortir de nouveaux tampons !!
Before showing you a small chipboard arche from Tando that comes with layers so that you can build it up, which I have decorated with stencilling and a lot of stamping using some of my CI stamps, I would like to announce that Crafty Individuals has released a new set of stamps!!

Voici à présent la 4ème et dernière arche que j’avais promis de vous montrer, il y a déjà un bon moment je sais aie… :). Celle-ci, je l’aime beaucoup aussi.
I share with you now the fourth and last arch coming from my ‘layered boat with oars’ Tando kit, as I promised to do (a long time ago I know, I’m affraid.. :)). I love this little one too.
On this like the previous ones I have applied black Gesso, Grunge Paste and stencilling first; Then I have played with my stamps, all by Crafty Individuals, and my paints and small brushes. I would not be able to give you the references of the stamps I used this time because most of them are freebies offered separately by Jean and Malcom, collected over time, and I have now a rather large box full of them… So for once I have decided to just use these ones, they are all so lovely!
Pour mon arbre, je me suis servie de papier de soie, que j’ai tamponné puis peint sur l’arrière puis le devant. Je l’ai ensuite collé doucement sur mon arche avec du vernis PA Satin Glaze.. Je manque de temps pour décrire cette technique, mais si cela vous intéresse n’hésitez pas à me le demander, je vous expliquerai comment faire.
I stamped my tree on tissue paper first, painted it at the back and also a bit on the front next, and finally glued it using PA Satin Glaze…

I have this kit but still in the packaging! You used the kit in such an inspirational way – love the arty feel for each arch, the use of black Gesso is fabulous and I agree, the sample stamps we receive from Crafty Individuals are not only generous of Jean and Malcolm but they are so useful. I was playing with one as part of my challenge sample for June. Aren’t the new stamps fabulous! I’ve inked up some already.

Absolutely wonderful, Coco – that final arch may be my favourite of the lot – haunting and mysterious – and it works brilliantly as part of the trio. Gorgeous work on all four of them – and I love your wiry display stand too!!
